Our Centerville Facility       The Pain Evaluation & Management Center of Ohio is located at the corner of Yankee Road and Lyons Road in Centerville, Ohio and conveniently right off I-675 near I-75. We have over 9000 square feet of space in our facility with a state-certified procedure room, physical therapy department, and separate locations for massage, acupuncture, and psychology.
