Billing and Insurance Accepted:
We accept most major insurance and Bureau of Workers Compensation. When your referring physician or you are contacted, we will find out what insurance you have and check with them to make sure your insurance is accepted here. If there is out-of-network, we will let you know and let you know what the cost differences are. It is unusual that there is not an insurance that is not covered by one of the providers in this office.
Hours:
Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office phones are shut down from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. On Friday, our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and again closed from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
Contacting us After Hours:
In order to be efficient in seeing patients and limit delays, we are not able to stop and take phone calls during regular office hours. If you have an emergency, you should dial 911. If you have a concern or question for one of the physicians, nurse practitioners, or nurses you can call our regular office number (937) 439-4949 and leave a message at extension 107. You can also listen to the prompts and it will direct you to our nurses’ line. We will answer your question as soon as possible and always within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours.
