Welcome to the Pain Evaluation & Management Center of Ohio (PEMCO). Our multidisciplinary pain practice has been in existence for almost twenty years. As the first outpatient pain center in southwest Ohio, we are proud to have been innovators of many of the current pain practices that are used by other physicians all across the country.

Our medical staff is comprised of two physicians; Dr. Donnini who is the founder of the clinic, and Dr. Mubarak. Combined, they have over thirty years of clinical experience in pain management. We also have three licensed, certified nurse practitioners, Yvonne Clark, Shiron Jones and Lidia Berrone who have extensive experience in nursing, seeing patients and writing prescriptions.

Our entire staff works as a team so that your needs can be met at any time regardless of scheduling conflicts. Each staff member is kept up-to-date on your treatment, medication and progress. This “continuity of care” has been the cornerstone of our success in providing quality outcomes for our patients.
